These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ace563 ("ace563", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ace563 online gaming platform available at ace563.net, including all associated games, sports betting markets, promotional content, payment services, and customer support functions.

ace563 operates as an online entertainment platform providing casino games and sports betting services to adult users in Bangladesh. These Terms are written in plain English to ensure they are accessible and understandable to all players. Where any ambiguity exists in interpretation, ace563 will apply a reasonable and fair reading of the relevant provision. ace563 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email. Continued use of the platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

To register an account with ace563 and access the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ace563 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age at any point will have their account permanently closed, all deposits returned where possible, and any winnings forfeited. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that would limit your ability to enter binding agreements.
• Personal registration: You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. Registration using false names, dates of birth, addresses, or contact details is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Single account: You may hold only one active ace563 account. Players who are found to have registered multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — will have all associated accounts closed and balances subject to review.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement either through ace563's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party gambling self-exclusion programme. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or mobile number. This information is used for account management, identity verification, and payment processing in accordance with the ace563 Privacy Policy.

ace563 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, or utility bill — at any stage of the registration process or during the lifecycle of an active account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, suspension, or closure.

As a registered account holder on the ace563 platform, you accept the following ongoing obligations for the duration of your account:

• Accurate information: You must keep your registered account details accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, address, or payment method information changes, you must update your account promptly.
• Credential security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access the platform through your account.
• Immediate breach reporting: If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, or that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, you must notify ace563 support immediately at [email protected]. ace563 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to report the breach promptly.
• Personal use only: Your ace563 account is for your personal entertainment use only. You must not use your account for any commercial purpose, on behalf of another person, as part of a business operation, or in connection with any automated betting or gaming system.
• Lawful use: You must use the ace563 platform in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not use the platform for any money laundering activity, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.

ace563 monitors account activity for signs of irregular or prohibited behaviour as part of its platform integrity programme. Accounts that display patterns consistent with prohibited conduct — including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-accounting, automated play, or suspected money laundering — may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

ace563 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of available methods is always displayed in the cashier section of your account.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount on ace563 is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ace563 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business days to appear in your account balance.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Ownership of funds: All funds deposited into an ace563 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not accepted and will be returned where technically possible.

ace563 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the individual bonus offer terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the ace563 platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is specified in the individual bonus terms. Bets placed on games that do not contribute to wagering requirements will not count toward clearing a bonus.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement before the expiry date will be removed from your account. Expiry dates are stated in the individual bonus offer terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in an ace563 account at any one time. Players may not stack multiple bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms.
• Bonus abuse: ace563 monitors bonus redemption activity across all accounts. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through low-risk, pattern-based betting — commonly known as bonus abuse or advantage play — is prohibited. ace563 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel bonus-derived winnings, and restrict future bonus eligibility for accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
• Right to modify: ace563 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that active bonuses already claimed by players will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of claim.

Players who believe their bonus has been incorrectly applied or removed should contact the ace563 support team at [email protected] with their account details and the relevant bonus reference. All bonus disputes are reviewed and responded to within two business days.

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on the ace563 platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• RNG certification: All slots and table games on ace563 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to produce genuinely random outcomes. Game results are not influenced by the size of a bet, the outcome of previous rounds, or any other external factor.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace563 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one ace563 account; assisting another person in creating a duplicate account; using multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers or circumvent account restrictions.

• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through a bank or payment provider after funds have been legitimately used on the platform. ace563 will pursue recovery of fraudulent chargeback amounts through all available legal means.
• System exploitation: Attempting to identify and exploit software vulnerabilities, loopholes in game logic, or errors in odds pricing to generate guaranteed or disproportionate returns.

ace563 employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ace563 will take prompt action proportionate to the severity of the breach. Players who believe they have been incorrectly flagged for prohibited conduct may submit a formal dispute to [email protected], and their case will be reviewed within five business days.

ace563 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, subject to the provisions set out below. Account actions will be taken proportionately and will be communicated to the affected player where it is lawful and operationally practicable to do so.

• Suspension: An account may be suspended temporarily — meaning access is restricted while an investigation is conducted — where ace563 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where unusual payment activity is identified, or where an identity verification request has not been satisfied within the specified timeframe.
• Permanent closure by ace563: ace563 may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed following investigation; where the player is found to be under 18 years of age; where a court order, regulatory direction, or legal obligation requires account closure; or where ace563 determines that maintaining the account poses an unacceptable risk of harm to the player or to the platform's integrity.
• Voluntary closure: Players may request the permanent closure of their ace563 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, ace563 will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining account balance to the player's registered payment method, provided that all bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding investigation is in progress.
• Self-exclusion closure: Players who close their account through ace563's responsible gaming self-exclusion feature will have their account locked for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. Attempts to open a new account during an active self-exclusion period will result in immediate closure of the new account.
• Balance on closure: Where an account is closed by ace563 due to a verified breach of these Terms, ace563 reserves the right to withhold the account balance in full. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification checks.

ace563's decision regarding account closure is final and binding. Players who wish to dispute an account closure decision may submit a formal written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure notification. Appeals will be reviewed by a member of the senior management team and a written response issued within ten business days.
